Rika Yukimasa, a native of Fukuoka, Japan, works as a writer, a host for a cooking program on NHK world. She has published more than 40 cookbooks on diverse themes as Japanese cuisine, home cooking, entertaining, and sweets. Some are translated in Chinese and Korean.
